We were nervous to start treatment due to cost and my daughter's young age. That all subsided when we went to our first appointment, all the smiles and friendly faces around the office set my daughter's mind at ease. Capri did an amazing job explaining everything to my young daughter in terms she could understand. Dr. Defay was also outstanding with my daughter. He seemed to be very busy and working very hard, oddly enough we never felt rushed or like we were in the way.
